Real estate experience includes representation of
buyers, sellers and lenders in residential, industrial and commercial
transactions, representation of landlords and tenants, preparation
of commercial, industrial, and residential lease agreements, sale
and lease-back agreements, limited partnership, joint venture and
participation agreements, preparation of purchase and sale agreements,
loan documentation, title and zoning opinions, representation at
the Appellate Tax Board, including litigation, on behalf of more
than 1,000 taxpayers in real estate and personal property tax abatement
cases with city and town assessors, representation of property owners
and developers in condominium conversion and representation of borrowers
in loan restructuring and work-outs. |
